Police in Kampala have arrested a police officer who knocked a vehicle but also shot dead the driver.

The incident that happened in Kirinya Parish, Bweyogerere division in Kira Municipality on Saturday saw a police officer ASP Owor Lameck knock the victim, Reagan Senoga’s vehicle but in a bizarre incident also shot him dead.

Eyewitness later made an alarm that attracted other people who helped rush Ssenoga to Ggwatiro hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

It has been reported that Owor who also owns a bar in the area has a record of being violent and the way he uses his gun .
