Territorial police in mubende have impounded a ministry of health vehicle UG.3931m Costa white in color .

This vehicle was sighted by the police  patrol team loading passengers along Kampala mubende highway and this is contrary to the presidential directive against the fight of ebola.
Raheal Kawala  the Wamala region police spokesperson confirmed the incident saying Musana John the driver of the  motor vehicle has been arrested and is currently detained at mubende central police station .

Ms Kawala said he  will be charged with  doing a neglect act likely to cause spread of infectious disease to wit ebola.
