One man today morning when a fuel tanker lost control on the road and overturned before crashing into power facilities in Tororo District.

Police said the vehicle which was traveling from the Malaba border post to Kampala had reached the Uganda College of Commerce in Amagoro “B” Cell when it lost balance.

An eyewitness who was jogging at the time of the incident told police that the tanker’s driver was visibly not over speeding.

While the driver eventually escaped with injuries, his turn-man was burnt to ashes- and beyond recognition.
