Police in Kampala have kicked off investigations into circumstances under which a man killed his wife and two children before burying the bodies behind their home.

The recovery of the three bodies followed information received by police from Slyvia Nankya, a social worker at a children’s home who was quoting a 16 old female daughter of the suspect who was being taken care of by the children’ home after being tortured by the dad .

According to the juvenile, the day their mother left, their father Faizal Muwanguzi vasked them to dig up the backyard and all this happened before his arrest over torture of the girl.

The three bodies which had started decomposing are suspected to be of Muwanguzi Nabukenya Mariam 33 a housewife, Muwanguzi Mukisa 2 years and Muwanguzi Ngabo 3 months both believed to be the missing children of the suspect Faizal.

The area LC1 chairman, Ben Kiwanuka said for long, there had been reports of mistreating and torturing of the children by the suspect who is currently in jail on other charges.
