Bulambuli police have arrested a one Ken Wozei 24 over defiling a 7 year old child.

It’s alleged that the suspect a resident of Bumambugo in Bwihonge Subcounty defiled the the victim when she was coming from a shop promising to buy her a sweet.

Pleriminary investigations reveal that Wozei then lured the little girl to his house where he took advantage of her.

According to the Police the incident occured on christmas day( Dec 25th 2022) at about 2pm.

Rogers Taitika the elgon region police spokesperson confirmed the incident saying the suspect will be charged with aggravated defilement after medical examinations on both him and the victim are concluded .
